Known around the world (seriously - we've done research in China, Malaysia, all over!) for our “anything-but-ordinary” approach to market research, in January 2017 we opened The Rec Room - a first-of-its-kind research and event space. Our facility, located in midtown Richmond, Virginia, combines the technological capabilities of traditional focus group facilities with a casual and comfortable environment that enables participants - and more importantly our clients - to feel at home during day-long sessions. In addition to market research projects, the facility services corporate meetings and events, and features a separate bar area, state-of-the-art AV equipment, spacious private meeting rooms, and a modern, open aesthetic throughout.

As a nod to the “Rec” in Rec Room, our bar is finished with a reclaimed high school gym floor and comes complete with ample counter space, fridge, sink, and 4-tap kegerator.
Quiet, private, and relaxing – a perfect place for a one on one meeting, phone call, or watching meetings and consumer insights going on in our main room.
Sometimes you don’t need a big amazing space. Sometimes a smaller space will do. Perfect for organization meetings or breakout sessions.
