Known around the world (seriously - we've done research in China!) for our “anything-but-ordinary” approach to market research, in January 2017 we opened The Rec Room - a first-of-its-kind research and event space. Our facility, located in midtown Richmond, Virginia, combines the technological capabilities of traditional focus group facilities with a casual and comfortable environment that enables participants - and more importantly our clients - to feel at home during day-long sessions. In addition to market research projects, the facility services corporate meetings and events, and features a separate bar area, state-of-the-art AV equipment, spacious private meeting rooms, and a modern, open aesthetic throughout.

With your first steps into the Rec Room you will be greeted by our Good Runners, who will kick off your experience with a walk, dance, or run down our short track.

With a modern, open aesthetic throughout, and countless set-up options, our main space is ideal for your next company meeting or event.

Bar Bistro

As a nod to the “Rec” in Rec Room, our bar is finished with a reclaimed high school gym floor and comes complete with ample counter space, fridge, sink, and 4-tap kegerator.

Bar Bistro Viewing Room

Perfect for viewing focus groups, taste testings, and consumer insights, our Bar Bistro Viewing Room allows you to see and hear exactly what your customers are saying.

Bar Bistro Lounge

Quiet, private, and relaxing – a perfect place for a one on one meeting, phone call, or watching meetings and consumer insights going on in our main room.

Sometimes you don’t need a big amazing space. Sometimes a smaller space will do. Perfect for organization meetings or breakout sessions.

At the front of our building, adjacent to our main meeting space, this spacious area is designed as a place to welcome guests, extra meeting space, or easy overflow from your event.

With two refrigerators, two ovens, a pro-level ice maker, dishes, silverware, glasses and an acre of counter space - our fully loaded kitchen can handle any catering need you throw at it.
